Project goal
The objective of the proposed project is the research and development of an innovative integrated information system for key assets, aimed at assessing their resilience to internal and external threats and security risks. Primarily, it will be the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to a selected area, creating a pilot “Area Resilience Information Modeling” (AResIM). Based on the identification and analysis of threats acting on important infrastructure assets, an integrated system for the resilience assessment of critical assets will be developed using innovative interdisciplinary methods (such as unmanned aerial systems, 3D scanning, creation of an area model and expert evaluation of the data). The developed system will be continuously tested at regional level. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the implementation of sub-objectives:- area monitoring, data collection
- creation of a digital spatial model of the area
- analysis and evaluation of the collected data
- creation of an asset database (integrated system for different types of assets)
- assessing the resistance of selected assets in the area of interest
- the creation of a pilot “Territory Resilience Information Model”
- proposal of measures and recommendations for the use of life cycle management.
